Medicine reminders
Set the schedule and dosage once. TracMeds sends a reminder at the right time so nothing gets skipped or doubled up.
TracMeds keeps medicines, appointments, and health readings organised the way you'd keep them yourself — just without the loose paper, the forgotten refill, or the appointment notes you can never find again.
TracMeds doesn't try to be a hospital system. It's built around the four things people actually do by hand — reminders, visits, readings, and reports — and does each one properly.
Set the schedule and dosage once. TracMeds sends a reminder at the right time so nothing gets skipped or doubled up.
Log doctor visits, diagnostics, and notes against a simple timeline, so past appointments are never more than a scroll away.
Record blood pressure, heart rate, sugar, weight, and more, each stamped with the time and date it was taken.
Send a daily summary straight to family or caregivers over WhatsApp, with only the information you decide to include, sent from your own account.
Health information deserves a plain answer about where it goes. Here is exactly what TracMeds does and does not run, on both Android and iOS.
No analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs are built into TracMeds.
Delivers your medicine and appointment reminders at the times you set.
Handles subscription billing, so payments are managed by a dedicated, purpose-built service rather than in-house.
TracMeds is built so your health information stays yours — here's exactly how.
This policy explains how TracMeds ("the App") handles information when you track medicines, appointments, and health readings, and when you choose to share them. It applies to the Android and iOS apps and to www.tracmeds.com.
No analytics, crash-reporting, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies are embedded in TracMeds — no Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, or similar SDKs, on either Android or iOS.
Reminder notifications are delivered through Expo's notification service, using only the minimum device token needed to send them. This is a delivery mechanism, not a data-collection tool — your medicine and appointment content is not transmitted through it.
Daily report sharing is entirely user-initiated. Tapping "share" opens WhatsApp on your own device with a pre-filled message, sent from your own WhatsApp account to a contact you choose. TracMeds has no visibility into, control over, or storage of any message once it's handed to WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is a separate third-party service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. TracMeds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with WhatsApp or Meta.
If you choose a paid plan, your subscription and payment are handled by RevenueCat and the app store you downloaded TracMeds from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). This is limited to what's needed to verify your subscription status — we do not receive or store your card details, and this is separate from, and does not include, your health data.
TracMeds is not directed at children. Use by a minor must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts the Terms of Service on the minor's behalf.
We may update this policy as the app changes. The "Effective" date above will be updated, and continued use of TracMeds after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@tracmeds.com.
Note: this is a general template, not legal advice. It's worth a qualified lawyer's review before publishing, particularly around WhatsApp-based sharing and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
TracMeds is a tracking and sharing tool, not a medical device or medical advice — the rules below spell that out in full.
Your access to and use of TracMeds is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all users. By using TracMeds, you agree to these Terms in full. Use by a minor must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.
TracMeds is not a medical device, medical service, or provider of medical advice. It is, solely and only, a personal medicine, appointment, and health-reading tracking and sharing tool.
All content, data-entry fields, reminders, and information within the app are intended solely for personal organisational and tracking purposes. Nothing in TracMeds constitutes, replaces, or should be construed as professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription guidance, or emergency medical assistance.
Always consult a licensed, qualified healthcare professional before making any decision related to your health, medications, dosage, or treatment. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not rely on this app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: TracMeds, its owner, its developer, its affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, contractors, and any person or entity associated with the development, distribution, or maintenance of TracMeds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages of any kind, arising out of or in any way connected with the app or its functioning — under any circumstances.
This applies regardless of the legal theory — contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — even where advised of the possibility of such damages, and covers (without limitation): missed medications or dosage errors, incorrect health readings or data entry, missed or delayed medical appointments, reminders that failed to trigger, WhatsApp message delivery failures or unintended disclosures, loss of data due to device failure, uninstalling, or app error, and any other health, financial, or consequential loss.
TracMeds is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. The app's owner and developer do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
You are solely and fully responsible for:
Any legal, regulatory, civil, criminal, administrative, or other consequence arising from your use or misuse of TracMeds is yours alone. The app's owner, developer, affiliates, and anyone related to TracMeds are expressly waived and released from any liability, responsibility, or obligation in connection with any claim, complaint, investigation, or enforcement action arising from your use of the app.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the app's owner and developer, their affiliates, agents, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of TracMeds, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or any data you enter, share, or transmit through the app.
You agree not to:
Paid features are billed and managed through RevenueCat and the app store you downloaded TracMeds from. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow that store's standard policies — manage or cancel a subscription through your app store account settings, not through TracMeds directly.
TracMeds and all its content, features, branding, icons, and functionality are owned by the app's owner and developer, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial health-tracking purposes only.
You may stop using TracMeds at any time by uninstalling it. Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling permanently deletes it. The app's owner reserves the right to discontinue the app at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator, with each party bearing its own costs.
These Terms may be updated at any time; updated Terms are presented within the app on next launch. Continued use of TracMeds after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and the app's owner regarding TracMeds.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@tracmeds.com.
Note: this is a general template, not legal advice. Blanket liability waivers are enforced only to the extent local law allows — it's worth a qualified lawyer's review of the liability, indemnification, and arbitration clauses before you publish.
