Every dose, every visit,
every reading — in one place.

• All health data — medicines, appointments, health readings, and any contacts you save for sharing — is stored exclusively on your device using local on-device storage. No health data is transmitted to any server, database, or third party.
• This includes reproductive health data — menstrual cycle dates, cycle length, and period predictions — if you use the Period Reminders feature. Like all other health data, this stays exclusively on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
• On iOS, this includes entries logged directly on the Apple Watch companion app — such as exercise, readings, or reminders logged while away from your iPhone — which are stored locally on the Watch and sync to your iPhone automatically once the two devices reconnect.
• TracMeds does not collect, store, process, or have access to your health information — that stays exclusively on your device (iPhone or Apple Watch), as described above. Billing information (see "Subscriptions" below) is handled separately and is collected as part of processing your payment.
• For paid access, the app may keep only a minimal local record of the selected plan, purchase status, and purchase timestamp to support access review, support requests, renewals, and refund handling. This is separate from your health or personal data.
• Contact details you save for sharing purposes remain solely on your device and are never uploaded to us.

No analytics, crash-reporting, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies are embedded in TracMeds — no Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, or similar SDKs, on either Android or iOS. See "Advertising attribution (iOS only)" below for one narrow exception specific to the iOS app.

Reminder notifications — for medicines, appointments, exercise, health metrics, and Period Reminders — are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device, using your operating system's own local notification system. No device token, push-notification service, or remote server is used to deliver them: your device generates and fires each reminder locally, and no data is transmitted off your device for this purpose.

Daily report sharing is entirely user-initiated. On iOS, tapping "share" opens your chosen app — Messages, WhatsApp, or Telegram — with your message ready to send: pre-filled for Messages and WhatsApp, or copied to your clipboard for you to paste into Telegram, since Telegram's link format doesn't support pre-filling text. On Android, tapping "share" opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. In every case, it's sent from your own account to a contact you choose, and TracMeds has no visibility into, control over, or storage of any message once it's handed to the destination app.

Messages is part of Apple's own iOS, governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy. WhatsApp is a separate third-party service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Telegram is a separate third-party service operated by Telegram, governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. TracMeds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Apple Messages, WhatsApp, Meta, or Telegram.

Photos and PDFs you upload to Records — such as prescriptions or lab reports — are stored only on your device, the same as your other health data. They are never transmitted automatically to any server, and are not backed up to any cloud service.

Records are shared only when you explicitly choose to, using your own device's sharing tools (such as the iOS Share Sheet) to send a copy to an app, contact, or service you select. TracMeds has no visibility into, control over, or storage of a Record once you've shared it.

Because Records are stored only on your device, they are permanently lost if you uninstall the app or switch devices — the same as your other health data — unless you export or share them first.

iOS: If you choose a paid plan on iOS, your purchase is processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system, managed via RevenueCat. TracMeds never receives or stores your payment card details — Apple handles billing directly. RevenueCat receives only a purchase and subscription identifier and entitlement status, used solely to verify and manage your TracMeds Full Access+ subscription. Apple, not TracMeds, issues your purchase receipt and handles GST for App Store transactions in India.

Android: If you choose a paid plan on Android, your subscription and payment are handled through Razorpay on www.tracmeds.com. Razorpay processes payments securely; TracMeds does not receive or store your payment card details. At checkout, we collect your name, phone number, and email for every purchase — this is required to process payment, generate your invoice, verify your access, and enable "Restore Purchase" on a new or reinstalled device. If you request a GST invoice, we additionally collect your GSTIN. We also record your device identifier against your purchase to enforce the reinstall limit described in the Terms of Service. This information is stored with the payment record on Razorpay and/or in a secure internal record.

On iOS, TracMeds uses RevenueCat's integration with Apple's own AdServices framework to measure the effectiveness of Apple Search Ads campaigns, when running. This collects a single anonymous attribution token — tied to an anonymous install identifier, not to your name, email, health data, or any personal information — indicating which ad campaign, if any, led to your install or subscription. Apple's AdServices framework is designed by Apple not to require App Tracking Transparency consent, and TracMeds does not separately track you across other apps or websites for advertising purposes. This does not apply to the Android app.

• Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data, since nothing is kept anywhere else.
• You can turn off notifications at any time from your device settings.
• You decide exactly what to include in any message shared via Messages, WhatsApp, or Telegram on iOS, or WhatsApp on Android, and to whom.

TracMeds is not directed at children. Use by a minor must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts the Terms of Service on the minor's behalf.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The "Effective" date above will be updated, and continued use of TracMeds after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Your access to and use of TracMeds is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all users. By using TracMeds, you agree to these Terms in full. Use by a minor must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

TracMeds is not a medical device, medical service, or provider of medical advice. It is, solely and only, a personal medicine, appointment, and health-reading tracking and sharing tool.

This applies equally whether you use TracMeds on iPhone or on the Apple Watch companion app. All content, data-entry fields, reminders, and information within the app — on either device — are intended solely for personal organisational and tracking purposes. Nothing in TracMeds constitutes, replaces, or should be construed as professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription guidance, or emergency medical assistance.

Always consult a licensed, qualified healthcare professional before making any decision related to your health, medications, dosage, or treatment. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not rely on this app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: TracMeds, its owner, its developer, its affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, contractors, and any person or entity associated with the development, distribution, or maintenance of TracMeds — across the iPhone app, the Apple Watch companion app, the Android app, and www.tracmeds.com — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages of any kind, arising out of or in any way connected with the app or its functioning — under any circumstances.

This applies regardless of the legal theory — contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — even where advised of the possibility of such damages, and covers (without limitation): missed medications or dosage errors, incorrect health readings or data entry, missed or delayed medical appointments, reminders that failed to trigger on iPhone or Apple Watch, delays or failures in syncing data between the Apple Watch and iPhone, loss of any entry logged on the Apple Watch that was never synced to the iPhone (including due to the Watch being lost, damaged, reset, or never reconnected), discrepancies between data shown on the Watch and the iPhone due to sync timing, Messages, WhatsApp, or Telegram message delivery failures or unintended disclosures, loss of data due to device failure, uninstalling, or app error, and any other health, financial, or consequential loss.

This also covers, without limitation: calculation errors or inaccuracies in any adherence percentage, streak count, milestone, or other computed statistic; technical or software bugs, defects, or malfunctions in any medicine, appointment, health-reading, exercise, or menstrual-cycle tracking feature; failures or inaccuracies in any reminder, notification, congratulatory message, or streak-milestone feature; and errors, omissions, or malfunctions in any generated report, exported file, or shareable card. The app's owner, developer, and affiliates are not liable for any consequence arising from reliance on any such calculation, statistic, report, or export.

TracMeds is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. The app's owner and developer do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of all health data, medication details, dosages, and appointment information you enter.
• Verifying all medication names, dosages, schedules, and reminders with a licensed healthcare provider before acting on them.
• Using Messages, WhatsApp, or Telegram sharing (iOS) or WhatsApp sharing (Android) only with contacts who have consented to receive health-related messages from you.
• Complying with applicable local laws regarding health-information sharing.
• The security of the device the app is installed on.
• Not relying on TracMeds as your sole system for critical medication management, without professional oversight.
• The legal status, safety, or appropriateness of any substance, medicine, or supplement name you choose to log, in any jurisdiction — TracMeds does not verify this, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any tracked substance complies with applicable law in your location.

Any legal, regulatory, civil, criminal, administrative, or other consequence arising from your use or misuse of TracMeds is yours alone. The app's owner, developer, affiliates, and anyone related to TracMeds are expressly waived and released from any liability, responsibility, or obligation in connection with any claim, complaint, investigation, or enforcement action arising from your use of the app.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the app's owner and developer, their affiliates, agents, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of TracMeds, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or any data you enter, share, or transmit through the app.

You agree not to:

• Use TracMeds for any unlawful, unfair, anti-security, or otherwise prohibited purpose, under any local, national, or international law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code.
• Use the app to send unsolicited messages or spam via Messages, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission from the owner.

TracMeds Full Access+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks: Daily Health Report sharing (via Messages, WhatsApp, or Telegram on iOS, or WhatsApp on Android), Records sharing, Period Reminders, and reminders for Exercise, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Temperature, and Heart Rate, plus exporting your data. Medicine reminders are always free, regardless of subscription status — they are never gated behind TracMeds Full Access+.

iOS: Paid features on iOS are billed and managed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow Apple's policies — manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. TracMeds does not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat manages your entitlement status, and basic subscription records may be kept to support access review and support requests.

Android: Paid features on Android are billed and managed through Razorpay on www.tracmeds.com. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow Razorpay's policies — manage or cancel subscriptions through Razorpay's customer portal or the payment confirmation emails. TracMeds does not receive or store your payment card details, and basic subscription records may be kept locally in the app to support access review, support requests, and refund handling.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, changing your phone or reinstalling the app permanently deletes your existing medicines, appointments, and health readings. This includes any entries logged on the Apple Watch companion app that had not yet synced to your iPhone before the change — we strongly recommend ensuring your Watch has synced, and exporting your readings, before you reinstall the app or switch to a new device.

iOS: If you have an active subscription, you can restore your TracMeds Full Access+ subscription on any device signed in with the same Apple ID, at no extra cost and with no limit on the number of restores, using the "Restore Purchase" option in the app. This follows Apple's standard purchase-restoration rules.

Android: If you have an active subscription, you may restore access on a new or reinstalled device at no extra cost, provided the email and phone number match your original purchase. This is limited to 3 device changes or reinstalls per subscription. Once you have used all 3, any further device change or reinstall — even if you are still within your current subscription period — will require purchasing a new plan to regain access.

TracMeds and all its content, features, branding, icons, and functionality are owned by the app's owner and developer, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial health-tracking purposes only.

You may stop using TracMeds at any time by uninstalling it. Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling permanently deletes it. The app's owner reserves the right to discontinue the app at any time.

We reserve the right to discontinue or suspend the Service at any time. Subscribers with an active paid period will retain access through the remainder of that period, or receive a refund, subject to Apple's and Razorpay's respective refund policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator, with each party bearing its own costs.

These Terms may be updated at any time; updated Terms are presented within the app on next launch. Continued use of TracMeds after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and the app's owner regarding TracMeds.
